Votre Vu: An Amazing Income Opportunity

More and more people are turning to the direct sales industry to either create a supplemental/second stream of income or to build a business which will be their family's main source or only income stream.
Unlike a traditional job, in direct sales, you do not have a boss or manager that hires you in at a certain salary based on their perception of your ability. And you do have a boss to evaluate you when you feel the need for a raise.
In direct sales, everyone comes on board at the same level and is given the same opportunity to literally create as much incoming cash flow as they choose. There is no limit. You have control over the money you make based on your personal goals and your personal activity.
Keep in mind though that even though the opportunity to earn money is equal to all that partner with a particular company, not all direct sales companies compensation plans are created equal. And for me, two of the most important pieces in choosing the right direct sales company are the product and the compensation plan.
So when I was considering joining Votre Vu as a Brand Ambassador, I really studied the compensation plan - not only for short term income potential but for long term growth and substanibility.
In your first couple of months in any true direct sales model, the majority of your income will come from your personal sales. With Votre Vu, you earn up to 25% of all personal retail sales. You have a luxurious, desirable, results-driven product that can not be found elsewhere at the affordable prices we offer. And within a few months, you will start seeing reorders from clients who you have introduced the products to - the beauty of working with a consummable product.
As you work the business model and share the business opportunity of being a Brand Ambassador alongside the products, you will find yourself building a team and this is when it becomes most important to understand how the company will compensate you for increasing the sales force which in turns increases company sales. Compensation plans are as varied as the types of companies and products and it's the compensation plan that will determine your long term income potential.
BINARY COMPENSATION PLAN
Votre Vu's Compensation Plan is a binary plan. In a binary, which means 2, you just build 2 legs or teams in order to maximize the compensation plan.
A few benefits of Votre Vu's Binary Plan:
1. There are several types of plans that you must build 5, 6 or 7 legs to maximize a compensation plan but with Votre Vu, you only have to focus on 2. It's simplifies the process when you only need to focus your energy on building 2 legs/teams.
2. In my past company, I recruited over 75+ consultants and all of those people were placed on my first level. The volume that each of this consultants brought in never benefited the others.
With Votre Vu, I sponsor my first 2 consultants (one of the left and one of the right) and then all the additional consultants I sponsor are placed under those first 2, which in turns adds to their volume and so on. It's creates a greater team synergy with people helping people.
3. With Votre Vu, there are no "levels". You are paid based on the total sales volume of the volume below you on your two legs/team.
4. There is no "breakaway" in Votre Vu. In many compensation plans, as people under you become leaders they "breakaway" and you often are paid a lower percentage on their group volume while still having to maintain a certain personal group volume.
5. Votre Vu is a very leadership driven compensation plan. You will never be paid a lower percentage on volume down below. You are paid bonuses when you help develop your personally sponsored consultants. As their business grows, your bonuses grow.
6. Until you qualify to be paid on sales volume under you by sponsoring your first 2 consultants, all sales volume that is accumulate under you is "banked" - it does not flush. This is different then most multi-level compensation plans in which volume is flushed with each monthly commission run.
